Right of Withdrawal

The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement, without being required to provide any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Products are received, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall complete the relevant online form, specifying the order number, the Products to be returned and the identification details provided when placing the order.

 

Return Conditions

Products subject to return must be returned:

  • intact and unused;
  • in their original packaging, with any seals intact (including, where applicable, the plastic wrapping covering the Product, which must remain intact); and
  • properly and securely packaged for transportation.

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in respect of cosmetic Products that have been opened after delivery or whose safety or hygiene seal has been removed, tampered with, altered or damaged.

Products that have been used, partially consumed or are otherwise no longer suitable for resale may not be returned. Mondi S.r.l. reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of any returned Products before issuing any refund to the Customer.

 

Return Costs

Except in the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered Products, the shipping costs incurred for returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer.

The products to be returned shall be shipped to the address that will be provided to the Customer by email once Mondi srl has verified compliance with the terms and conditions applicable to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

Refunds

Mondi S.r.l. shall process the Customer’s request within fourteen (14) days of receipt the notice of withdrawal and shall refund the price paid by the Customer, without prejudice to its right to withhold the refund until the Products have been received and the condition of the returned Products has been duly inspected and verified.

The refund shall be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
