Mondi S.r.l. reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of any returned Products before issuing any refund to the Customer.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Return Costs<\/strong><\/p><p>Except in the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered Products, the shipping costs incurred for returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer.<\/p><p>The products to be returned shall be shipped to the address that will be provided to the Customer by email once Mondi srl has verified compliance with the terms and conditions applicable to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p><p>Mondi S.r.l. shall process the Customer\u2019s request within fourteen (14) days of receipt the notice of withdrawal and shall refund the price paid by the Customer, without prejudice to its right to withhold the refund until the Products have been received and the condition of the returned Products has been duly inspected and verified.<\/p><p>The refund shall be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e51d3d elementor-align-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"2e51d3d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm\" href=\"https:\/\/malva1979.com\/en\/withdrawal-request\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">FILL THE FORM<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Right of Withdrawal The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement, without being required to provide<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-32544","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
